AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with G. L. Tarlton
Contracting Company for Additions & Alterations to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Office Building, located at
2000 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to G. L. Tarlton Contracting Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for Additions & Alterations to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Office Building, located at
2000 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 30th day of July, 1969 and formally
executed on the 15th day of August, 1969 by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 15, 1969
