AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($100,000.00) from the unappropriated balance of the Real
Property Purchase Fund to be used for construction of a
maintenance building at 8645 Pardee Lane, Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the Real Property Purchase Fund to be used for
construction of a maintenance building at 8645 Pardee Lane,
Crestwood, Missouri, and for all costs necessarily incidental
thereto.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 28, 1969
