AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Hercules
Construction Company for the construction of M.S.D. Maintenance
Building at 8645 Pardee Lane, Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director under Letting No. C-315 to Hercules Con-
struction Company, as the lowest responsible bidder, for the
construction of M.S.D. Maintenance Building at 8645 Pardee Lane,
Crestwood, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
6th day of August, 1969, and formally executed on the 21st day of
August, 1969, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 28, 1969
