AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate a portion of such easement, and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section one. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The northern one (1) foot of the easement five (5) feet wide
over the southern five (5) feet of Lot 301, Mayer Wedgwood
Green Pheasant Run Plats 2 and 3, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 126, pages 62 and 63 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the western 7.5 feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 24, 1969
