AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The storm sewer easement seventy (70) feet wide, granted to
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in
Record Book 4238, page 607 of the St. Louis County Records in
land situated in Part of Section 12, Township 45 North, Range
5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 10, 1969
