AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund, for contractual services to be used for an
engineering study in connection with the planning and construction
of the Coldwater Creek Downstream Pump Station No. 2 and Force
Main in the Coldwater Creek Watershed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund, for contractual services to be
used for an engineering study in connection with the planning and
construction of the Coldwater Creek Downstream Pump Station No. 2
and Force Main in the Coldwater Creek Watershed.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
