AN ORDINANCE, making supplementary appropriations for
the remainder of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Secretary-
Treasurer's Department in the sum of Three Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty Dollars ($3,820.00) to be used for Personal Services of one
Typist-Clerk II, and in the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred Ten
Dollars ($1,910.00) for Personal Services of one part-time Typist-
Clerk II; and appropriating the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the Secretary-Treasurer's Department to be used for the purchase
of a typewriter.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sums of Three Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty Dollars ($3,820.00) and One Thousand Nine Hundred Ten
Dollars ($1,910.00) are hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Secretary-
Treasurer's Department to be used for Personal Services of a
Typist-Clerk II and a part-time Typist-Clerk II, respectively for
the remainder of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970.
Section Two. The sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Secretary-Treasurer's Department to be used
for the purchase of a typewriter.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 10, 1969
