AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Hercules
Construction Company for the improvement of Coldwater Creek
Channel at the Coldwater Creek Treatment Plant in St. Louis
County.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Hercules Construction Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the improvement of Coldwater Creek Channel
at the Coldwater Creek Treatment Plant in St. Louis County for The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 12th day of August, 1969 and formally executed
on the 21st day of August, 1969 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 10, 1969.
