AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund for the costs of repair and
reconstruction of a sewer along the Floodwall from President
Street to Cherokee Street in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund to be
used for the costs of repair and reconstruction of a sewer along
the Floodwall from President Street to Cherokee Street in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 30, 1969
