AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Seventy-two and 46/100 Dollars ($43,572.46) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund to be used to pay the Land Clearance for
Redevelopment Authority of Olivette, Missouri, for improvements to
the River des Peres Stormwater Channel.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Seventy-two and 46/100 Dollars ($43,572.46) is hereby
appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund to be used to pay the Land
Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of Olivette, Missouri, for
improvements to the River des Peres Stormwater Channel.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 30, 1969
