AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 348 (Poggemoeller
Avenue) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 348 (Poggemoeller Avenue).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 348
(Poggemoeller Avenue) shall be as follows:
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1969
POGGEMOELLER AVENUE
Beginning in the west line of Poggemoeller Avenue, 50 feet wide, at the
southeast corner of Tract 8 of BABLER SMALL FARMS NO. 1, a subdivision
in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
31, page 7, St. Louis County recorder's office; thence westwardly along
the south line of said Tract 8, a distance of 200.00 feet; thence
northwardly and parallel to said Poggemoeller Avenue, 916.55 feet to the
north line of Tract 12 of said subdivision; thence eastwardly along said
north line, 45.00 feet to a point 155.00 feet westwardly along said
north line from the southeast corner of Tract 13 of said subdivision;
thence northwardly and parallel to said Poggemoeller Avenue, 100.00
feet; thence eastwardly along a line parallel to the south line of said
Tract 13 and the eastern prolongation of said parallel line, 405.01 feet
to a point 200 feet east of the east line of said Poggemoeller Avenue;
thence southwardly and parallel to said Poggemoeller Avenue, 1,016.54
feet to the south line of Tract 7 of said subdivision; and thence
westwardly along the south line of said Tract 7, and Its western
prolongation, 250.01 feet to the beginning.
