AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for
purchasing fencing, rock and asphalt surfacing to be placed on the
Sulphur Avenue Maintenance Building lot at the new roadway of the
City of St. Louis.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be
used for purchasing fencing, rock and asphalt surfacing to be
placed on the Sulphur Avenue Maintenance Building lot at the new
roadway of the City of St. Louis.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
