AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund to the Engineering Department to be used for costs of new
topographical maps to supplement the maps on hand.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Engineering Department to be
used for costs of new topographical maps to supplement the maps on
hand.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1969
