AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 1804, as amended,
effective December 1, 1969.
WHEREAS, it is intended to make additions to the present
classification plan prescribed for employees in the classified service
and to re-enact without change the existing compensation plan by
separate ordinances, and
WHEREAS, such plans are now prescribed by Ordinance No.
1804,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1804, as adopted October 24,
1968 and as amended by Ordinances No. 1809, No. 1872, No. 1888, No.
1904, and No. 1937, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. This ordinance shall take effect December 1,
1969.
