AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of Hazelwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate a portion of such easement, and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement for sewer purposes granted by instrument
recorded in Book 6396, page 2351 of the Records of St. Louis
County, Missouri, being an easement in the Northwestern ten
(10) feet of Lot 41 of Ford Acres, a Subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the amended plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 43, page 21 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the northernmost ten (10) feet
thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 20, 1969
