AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The storm sewer easement of varying widths,
granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by deed recorded in Record Book
6275, page 1175 of the Records of St. Louis
County, Missouri, in Lot 2 and Part of Lot 3
of Block 8 of Hughes Subdivision, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 9, Page 58 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1969
