AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 349 (Talbott
Court) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 349 (Talbott Court).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 349
(Talbott Court) shall be as follows:

TALBOTT COURT
Beginning in the west line of Lot 14 of TWIN GATES ESTATES, a
subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 60, page 36, St. Louis County Recorder's
office, distant 100.00 feet north from the southwest corner of
said Lot 14; thence eastwardly, parallel with the south line of
said Lot 14, and its eastern prolongation to the centerline of
Talbott Court, 50 feet wide; thence southwardly along said street
centerline to its intersection with the straight northwestwardly
prolongation of the eastern line of Lot 12 of AMENDED PLAT OF PART
OF TWIN GATES ESTATES,a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 71, page 8, said Recorder's office; thence
southeastwardly along said prolongation, and said eastern line of
said Lot 12, to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly
along the south line of said Lot 12 to the southwest corner
thereof; thence northwestwardly In a straight line to a point in
the south line of Lot 14 of said last named subdivision, distant
60.00 feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 14; thence
westwardly along the south line of said Lot 14 to the southwest
corner thereof; thence northwardly along the west lines of said
subdivisions to the beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1969
