AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Six Hundred
Eighty Dollars ($10,680.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Maintenance Department for the purchase of
equipment for the night emergency crew.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Six Hundred
Eighty Dollars ($10,680.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance
Department to be used for the purchase of equipment for the night
emergency crew.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1970
