AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($5,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund for the costs of
constructing a sanitary sewer across Kingsland Avenue at St. Louis
Belt & Terminal Railroad in the City of Pagedale, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($5,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund to be
used for the costs of constructing a sanitary sewer across
Kingsland Avenue at St. Louis Belt & Terminal Railroad in the City
of Pagedale, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
