AN ORDINANCE vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a sewer easement in City Block 3852-N of the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, a sewer easement five (5) feet wide was
granted over a portion of Lot 31 in City Block 3852-N of the City
of St. Louis, Missouri, by deed recorded in Book 1056, page 21 of
the City of St. Louis Records, and
WHEREAS, the owner of said Lot 31 has requested that
this District vacate any right, title, or interest that it may
have in subject sewer easement, and this District has no use for
this easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described sewer easement:
That sewer easement five (5) feet wide over a portion of Lot
31 in City Block 3852-N of the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
granted by deed recorded in Book 1056, page 21 of the City of
St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 4, 1970
