AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Thousand One Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($3,150.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund which was deposited
with the District by Stix, Baer and Fuller to pay a portion of the
costs of constructing a sanitary sewer across Kingsland Avenue at
St. Louis Belt Terminal Railroad in the City of Pagedale,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand One Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($3,150.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund which was deposited with the District by Stix, Baer
and Fuller to pay a portion of the costs of constructing a
sanitary sewer across Kingsland Avenue at St. Louis Belt &
Terminal Railroad in the City of Pagedale, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 4, 1970
