AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund for the costs of correcting and restoring of
slopes to correct slides in River Des Peres at 8901 South Broadway and
at Morganford Road at Carondelet Boulevard in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund to be used for the
costs of correcting and restoring of slopes to correct slides in River
Des Peres at 8901 South Broadway and at Morganford Road at Carondelet
Boulevard in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
