AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($11,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund to the Legal Department, General Counsel
Division, for payment of Other Charges, as specified.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Legal Department, General
Counsel Division, for Other Charges, to be used for payment of
judgments and claims.
Section Two. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($1,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Legal Department, General
Counsel Division, for Other Charges, to be used for payment of
court costs and recording fees.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 4, 1970.
