AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
subject property does not lie within the Boundary of the District
and the District has no use for the subject sewer easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easements granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by the plat of Jonclif Commercial Park, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 84, page 9 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 19, 1970.
