AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement together with
an unused sewer therein in former Magnolia Avenue, 60 feet wide,
between former Old McCausland Avenue and New McCausland Avenue,
100 feet wide, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, which street
was vacated by the City of St. Louis by Ordinance No. 55311
reserving an easement for sewer purposes over such former street,
and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is
successor in title of said easement, and
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested the District
to vacate the easement described below, together with the unused
sewer situated therein, and the District has no need of them,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Hereby vacated are the sewer easement and
the unused sewer therein located as follows: An easement for
sewer purposes in former Magnolia Avenue, between former Old
McCausland Avenue and New McCausland Avenue, 100 feet wide, which
street was vacated by the City of St. Louis by Ordinance No.
55311.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 19, 1970.
