AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri, in City Block 4737.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 8967, Page 355 of the
City of St. Louis Records in land situated in Lots 2 and 3 of
the Subdivision of Peter Lindell's Estate and in City Block
4737 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 19, 1970.
