AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the property owners have requested the
District to vacate a certain sewer easement and have granted to
the District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Hereby vacated is the sewer easement in
Lot 47 of Rolling Hills, a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 65,
Page 35, St. Louis County Records, such easement vacated hereby
and being recorded in Book 6429, Page 21, of said records, and
described as follows:
All that part of said Lot 47 lying within 5.00' perpendicular
distance on either side of the following described
centerline: Beginning at a point in Lot 46 of said Rolling
Hills, distant 5.00' west of the line common to said Lots 46
and 47, and 70.00' north of the north line of Rolling Hills
Drive, 50' wide; thence northeastwardly in a straight line
138'+ to a point in the north line of said Lot 47 distant
31.06' eastwardly therealong from the northwest corner of
said Lot 47; thence eastwardly 65' along the north line of
said Lot 47 to the terminus of the centerline herein
described.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 19, 1970.
