AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the Village of
Riverview, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, for the convenience of this District and at
this District's request, the Owner of the subject property has
granted this District a substitute easement, and this District has
no further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6421, Page 1984 of
the St. Louis County Records in land situated in Lot 223 of
Riverview Gardens, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
11, Page 28 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 2, 1970.
