AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 358 (Daniel Boone
Creek) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an
emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 358 (Daniel Boone Creek).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 358
(Daniel Boone Creek) shall be as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Lindbergh
Boulevard and Lindsay Lane; thence northwestwardly along the
centerline of Lindsay Lane to its intersection with the
northeastern prolongation of the southeastern line of FLORISOTA,
PLAT NO. 2, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 65, Page 44, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation
and along said southeastern line to the northeastern line of
Monterey Drive; thence southeastwardly along said street line to
its intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the
centerline of Alberto Lane; thence southwestwardly along said
prolongation and said centerline of Alberto Lane to its
intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the

Section Three. The Board finds that it is necessary for
protection of the public health to begin at once the procedure to
construct drainage facilities in the foregoing area. Accordingly,

an emergency exists within the meaning of the Plan and this
Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 16, 1970.
