HomeMy Public PortalAbout02020 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2020 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 358 (Daniel Boone Creek) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an emergency clause. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 358 (Daniel Boone Creek). Section Two. Section Three. The Board finds that it is necessary for protection of the public health to begin at once the procedure to construct drainage facilities in the foregoing area. Accordingly, 13 an emergency exists within the meaning of the Plan and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 16, 1970.
