AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 359 (Dellwood
Creek) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an
emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 359 (Dellwood Creek).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 359
(Dellwood Creek) shall be as follows:

Beginning in the centerline of Halls Ferry Road, at its
intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line of
property conveyed to GORDON K. CHISHOLM and wife by deed recorded
in Book 2851, Page 292, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
westwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of
said Chisholm property to the southwest corner thereof; thence
northwardly along the west line of said Chisholm property to its
northwest corner in the south line of property conveyed to William
Moretti and wife, by deed recorded in Book 4159, Page 587, said
Recorder's office; thence westwardly and northwardly along the
south and west lines, respectively of said Moretti property to the
northwest corner thereof, in the south line of property conveyed
to Greater Missouri Builders, Inc., by deed recorded in Book 6423,

south line of said Greater Missouri Builders, Inc. property to the

of said subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot 23 thereof;
thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 23 and its
western prolongation, to its intersection with the centerline of
Pepper Lane, 50 feet wide; thence southwardly along said
centerline, to the eastern prolongation of the south property line
of Lot 2 of said PEPPER LANE AMENDED; thence westwardly along said
prolongation and along the south line of said Lot 2 to its

Section Three. The Board finds that it is necessary for
protection of the public health to begin at once the procedure to
construct drainage facilities in the foregoing area. Accordingly,
an emergency exists within the meaning of the Plan and this
ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 16, 1970.
