AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($9,500.00) from the Operating Funds of the Gravois Creek
Trunk Subdistrict to the Maintenance Department to be used for the
costs of constructing an interceptor sewer line in Subdistrict No.
337 (Sunset Club - Part B) to flow into the Gravois Creek Trunk
Sewer System.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($9,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating
Funds of the Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict to the Maintenance
Department for the costs of constructing an interceptor sewer line
in Subdistrict No. 337 (Sunset Club - Part B) to flow into the
Gravois Creek Trunk Sewer System.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1970.
