AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of Olivette, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate a portion of such easement, and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the sewer easement ten (10) feet wide
situated in Lot A-3 of the Resubdivision of Lot "A" Olivette
Industrial Acres, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
105, Page 43 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the northern fifteen (15) feet thereof; subject
easement was granted by said plat and by the plat of Olivette
Industrial Acres, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 79,
Page 4 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1970.
