AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easement and this
District has no further use for the subject easement,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6442, Page 185 of the
Records of St. Louis County, Missouri; excepting from such
vacation any portion of the subject sewer easement coincident
with the sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6447, Page 198 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1970.
