AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Harrawood's
Inc., for construction of Site Improvements at the M.S.D.
Maintenance Building at 8645 Pardee Lane in the City of Crestwood,
with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Harrawood's, Inc., as the lowest responsible
bidder, for construction of Site Improvements at the M.S.D.
Maintenance Building at 8645 Pardee Lane in the City of Crestwood
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 27th day of April, 1970 and formally
executed on the 4th day of May, 1970, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed.
Section Two. This Ordinance being for the
confirmation of a contract for construction of Site Improvements
necessary for the operation of the Maintenance Building in the
interest of the public health, an emergency exists within the
meaning of the Plan, and this Ordinance shall be and become
effective immediately upon its adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1970.
