AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1906, adopted June 12, 1969, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 326 (Lavinia Road) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
WHEREAS, the Board finds that an additional area can be
efficiently served as a part of Subdistrict No. 326 (Lavinia Road)
and that no change in construction plans is necessary and that
there will be no increase in cost to the Subdistrict,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 1906,
adopted June 12, 1969, is hereby amended by adding to Subdistrict
No. 326 (Lavinia Road) an area described as:
Beginning in the centerline of Lavinia Road, 50 feet wide at its
intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the southwest
line of property conveyed to James C. Madding and wife, by deed
recorded in Book 3487, Page 422, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence along said prolongation, and along said southwest
line, south 57 degrees 44 minutes east, 293.00 feet to the
northernmost corner of WERNER SUBDIVISION, a subdivision as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 64, Page 10, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence along the northwest line of said
subdivision south 41 degrees 01 minutes west, 101.17 feet; thence
north 57 degrees 44 minutes west, parallel with and 100.00 feet
southwestwardly from (measured along the southeast line of Lavinia
Road) the southwest line of said Madding property; to the
centerline of Lavinia Road; and thence northeastwardly along said
centerline to the beginning.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1906,
and as hereby amended shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 326
(Lavinia Road) shall be as follows:

LAVINIA ROAD
Beginning in the centerline of Lavinia Road 50 feet wide, at its
intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the northeast
line of CONCORD COURT, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 80, Page 10, St. Louis County Recorder's office;
thence northwestwardly along said prolongation, and along the
northeast line of said subdivision, 275.00 feet; thence
northeastwardly, and parallel with said Lavinia Road, 559.46 feet
to the southwest line of LAVINIA MEADOWS, PLAT NO. 4, a
subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 126, Page
67, said Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly 50.00 feet
northeastwardly 200.00 feet, northwestwardly 39.00 feet,
northeastwardly 100.00 feet, and southeastwardly 264.00 feet along
southwestern, southeastern, northeastern, southeastern and
southwestern lines, including the southeastern prolongation of
said last mentioned southwestern line, respectively, of said
LAVINIA MEADOWS, PLAT NO. 4, to the centerline of said Lavinia
Road; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Lavinia Road
to the northwestern prolongation of the northeast line of Lot 1 of
SUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOT 6 OF W.F. MUSICK'S SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 31, said Recorder's
office; thence southeastwardly 268.32 feet along said prolongation
and along the northeast line of said Lot 1, to a point distant
250.00 feet northwestwardly along said northeast line from the
easternmost corner of said Lot 1; thence northeastwardly along a
line 250.00 feet northwestwardly from, and parallel with the

southeastern line of said SUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOT 6 OF W.F.
MUSICK'S SUBDIVISION, 452.00 feet ∀ to the northeast line of Lot
5 of said subdivision; thence southeastwardly 250.00 feet along
the northeast line of said Lot 5 to the easternmost corner
thereof; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said
last mentioned subdivision to the northernmost corner of
WALCHSHAUSER'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 54, Page 22, said Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly
along the northeast line of said WALCHSHAUSER'S SUBDIVISION 209.28
feet to the northernmost corner of Lot 8 of said subdivision;
thence southwestwardly 219.77 feet along the northwest lines of
Lots 8 and 7 of said subdivision to the westernmost corner of said
Lot 7; thence southeastwardly 132.58 feet along the southwestern
line of said Lot 7 to the easternmost corner of Lot 6 of said
WALCHSHAUSER'S SUBDIVISION; thence southwestwardly along the
eastern line of said Lot 6; and its southwestern prolongation to
its intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the
southeastern line of Lot 1 of said subdivision at a point in the
right-of-way of Walchshauser Court, 50 feet wide; thence
southwestwardly along said prolongation and along the southeastern
lines of Lots 1 and 2 of said WALCHSHAUSER'S SUBDIVISION to the
southernmost corner of Lot 2 of said subdivision; thence
northwestwardly 189.52 feet along the southwestern line of said
Lot 2 to its westernmost corner; thence northeastwardly along the
northwestern line of said WALCHSHAUSER'S SUBDIVISION to the
easternmost corner of Lot 1 of said SUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOT 6

OF W.F. MUSICK'S SUBDIVISION; thence northwestwardly 243.32 feet
along the northeastern line of said Lot 1 to a point distant
250.00 feet along said northeastern line from the northernmost
corner of said Lot 1 in the southeast line of said Lavinia Road;
thence southwestwardly parallel with said Lavinia Road 825.93 feet
to the southwest line of property conveyed to James C. Madding and
wife, by deed recorded in Book 3487, Page 422, said Recorder's
office; thence along said southwest line, south 57 degrees 44
minutes east, 18.00 feet to the northernmost corner of WERNER
SUBD., a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 64,
Page 10, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence along the
northwest line of said last named subdivision, south 41 degrees 01
minutes west, 101.17 feet; thence north 57 degrees 44 minutes
west, parallel with and 100.00 feet southwestwardly from (measured
along the southeast line of Lavinia Road) the southwest line of
said Madding property, to the centerline of Lavinia Road; and
thence southwestwardly along said centerline to the beginning.
