AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the Village of Riverview, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The portion of a sewer easement granted to the East Riverview
Gardens Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 2443, Page
574 of the St. Louis County Records over the east five (5)
feet of Lot 411 of Riverview Gardens, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 84 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 4, 1970.
