AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($3,500.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund to be used for erosion control construction along
the north bank of Coldwater Creek and adjacent to the access road
to the Coldwater Creek Sewage Treatment Plant in an area east of
Old Halls Ferry Road and south of Lindbergh Boulevard in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($3,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for erosion
control construction along the north bank of Coldwater Creek and
adjacent to the access road to the Coldwater Creek Sewage
Treatment Plant in an area east of Old Halls Ferry Road and south
of Lindbergh Boulevard in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 18, 1970.
