AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($320,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund for the costs of
constructing the Mississippi River Sanitary Interceptor Sewer
Extension-Columbia Bottoms in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($320,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund to be used for the costs of constructing the
Mississippi River Sanitary Interceptor Sewer Extension-Columbia
Bottoms in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 18, 1970.
