AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 354
(Bellefontaine Place Sanitary Interceptor) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 354 (Bellefontaine Place Sanitary
Interceptor).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 354
(Bellefontaine Place Sanitary Interceptor) shall be as follows:

BELLEFONTAINE PLACE SANITARY INTERCEPTOR
Beginning in the centerline of Bellefontaine Road, 60 feet wide,
at its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south
line of property conveyed to Gus C. Warman and wife by deed
recorded in Book 6273, Page 981, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence westwardly along said prolongation, and along the
south line of said Warman property to its southwest corner; thence
southwardly along the southern prolongation of the west line of
said Warman property to the south line of Lot 8 of BELLEFONTAINE
PLACE, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22,
Page 8, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence west along the
south line of said Lot 8 to the southwest corner thereof; thence
south along the east line of Lot 9 of said BELLEFONTAINE PLACE to
the southeast corner of property conveyed to Mary A. Sibille by
deed recorded in Book 5147, Page 548, said Recorder's office;
thence west along the south line of said Sibille property, and its
western prolongation, to the west line of Lot 10 of said
BELLEFONTAINE PLACE; thence north along the west line of Lot 10,
and its northern prolongation, to the centerline of Mackin Avenue;
thence westwardly along the centerline of Mackin Avenue to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of
Lot 35 of BELLEFONTAINE PLACE NO. 3, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 18, said Recorder's office;
thence northwardly along said prolongation, and along the west
line of said Lot 35, and its northern prolongation, to the
centerline of Muriel Drive; thence west along the centerline of

Muriel Drive to its intersection with the southern prolongation of
the west line of Lot 27 of said BELLEFONTAINE PLACE NO. 3; thence
north along said prolongation, and along the west line of said Lot
27 to the northwest corner thereof; thence east along the north
line of Lot 27 to the southwest corner of Lot 22 of BELLEFONTAINE
PLACE NO. 3; thence north along the west line of said Lot 22, and
its northern prolongation, to the centerline of Monticello Drive;
thence west along the centerline of Monticello Drive to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of
Lot 13 of BELLEFONTAINE PLACE NO. 3; thence north along said
prolongation, and along the west line of said Lot 13, to the
northwest corner thereof; thence east along the north line of Lot
13 to the southwest corner of Lot 6 of BELLEFONTAINE PLACE NO. 3;
thence north along the west line of said Lot 6, and its northern
prolongation, to the centerline of June Drive; thence west along
the centerline of June Drive to its intersection with the southern
prolongation of a line 25 feet west of, and parallel with the east
line of Lot 21 in Block 5 of AMENDED PLAT OF BELLEFONTAINE PLACE
NO. 2, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 29,
Page 6, said Recorder's office; thence north along said
prolongation, and said parallel line, to the north line of said
Lot 21; thence east along the north lines of Lots 21 thru 26,
inclusive, in said Block 5 to a joint 7.00 feet east of the
southwest corner of Lot 3 in said Block 5; thence north, and
parallel with the west line of said Lot 3, to the south line of
Claudine Dr.; thence east along said street line 110 feet to a

point 42.00 feet east of the northeast corner of said Lot 3 in
said Block 5; thence south, and parallel with the east line of
said Lot 3, to the north line of Lot 27 in said Block; thence east
along the north line of said Lot 27, and the eastern prolongation
thereof across Catherine Drive, and along the north lines of Lots
14 and 15 in Block 4 of said AMENDED PLAT OF BELLEFONTAINE PLACE
NO. 2, to the southwest corner of Lot 12 in said Block 4 of said
subdivision; thence north along the west line of said Lot 12, and
its northern prolongation, to the centerline of Claudine Drive;
thence east along the centerline of Claudine Drive to the
centerline of said Bellefontaine Road; and thence southwardly
along the centerline of Bellefontaine Road to the beginning.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 1, 1970.
