AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with General
Installation Company for construction of Lemay Sewage Treatment
Plant Modifications, 9200 S. Broadway, St. Louis County, Missouri,
with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to General Installation Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for construction of Lemay Sewage Treatment
Plant Modifications of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of June, 1970
and formally executed on the 10th day of July, 1970, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed.
Section Two. This Ordinance being for the
confirmation of a contract for construction of Lemay Treatment
Plant Modifications necessary for the protection of the public
health, an emergency exists within the meaning of the Plan, and
this Ordinance shall be and become effective immediately upon its
adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1970.
