AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in the City of
Olivette, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easements granted to The Olivette Sewer District by
deeds recorded in Book 2955, Page 85 and Book 2955, Page 87
of the St. Louis County Records in land situated in part of
Lot 2 of G. W. Beirne's Estate, Township 45 North, Range 6
East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1970.
