AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6426, Page 1274 of
the St. Louis County Records in land situated in part of Lot
3 of the Brannan Tract, U.S. Survey 1953, Township 44 North,
Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1970.
