AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easements over the eastern two and one-half (2 1/2)
feet of Lot 7 and the western ten (10) feet of Lot 8 of
Yorkshire Industrial Park Plat 1, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said subdivision
recorded in Plat Book 123, Pages 67 and 68 of the St. Louis
County records, excepting therefrom the southern fifteen (15)
feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 29, 1970.
