AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by Ordinance
No. 55641, vacated a portion of the north-south alley in City
Block 720, and
WHEREAS, by said Ordinance the City of St. Louis
reserved an easement for sewer purposes over said portion of the
north-south alley and The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is
successor in title to said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate such easement strip together with
the sewers therein, and the District has no further need for such
easement strip or sewers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
together with the sewer therein is hereby vacated, to wit: That
sewer easement reserved to this District by the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, by its Ordinance No. 55641, lying in the former north-
south alley, in City Block 720.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1970.
