AN ORDINANCE, vacating a stormwater easement in the
City of Dellwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The stormwater easement, twenty (20) feet wide, granted by
subdivision plat over Lot 6 of Dunmore Court, a subdivision
of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 36 of the St. Louis County
records, excepting therefrom the five (5) foot wide sewer
easement over the northern five (5) feet thereof and
excepting therefrom the subject easement coincident with the
sewer easement granted by deed recorded in Book 6469, Page
1699 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1970.
