AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
All sewer easements over Multiple Lot "D" of Village of Three
Parks (formerly Shadowood), a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said subdivision
recorded in Plat Book 128, Pages 52 and 53 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1970.
