AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($3,500.00) from the Improvement Fund, Russell and Company
Account, to be used for the costs of constructing an outfall
sanitary sewer from Subdistrict No. 347 (Chrisann Drive) in the
City of Sunset Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($3,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement
Fund, Russell and Company Account, to be used for the costs of
constructing an outfall sanitary sewer from Subdistrict No. 347
(Chrisann Drive) in the City of Sunset Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1970.
