HomeMy Public PortalAbout02079 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2079 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 352 (Hudson Road) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 352 (Hudson Road). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 352 (Hudson Road) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 HUDSON ROAD Beginning in the northerly line of Hudson Rd. at the southwest corner of property conveyed to Thomas H. Hudson & wife, by deed recorded in Book 4462, Page 318, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northerly along the westerly line of said Hudson property, 200 feet, more or less, to its intersection with a line parallel with, and 200 feet north of, measured at right angles to, the north line of Hudson Rd.; thence east along said parallel line to the east line of said Hudson property; thence south along said east line to the southeast corner of said Hudson property; thence east along the north line of Hudson Rd., 30 feet, more or less, to the southwest corner of property conveyed to Frank J. Mueller & wife, by deed recorded in Book 3983, Page 223; thence north along the west line of said Mueller property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 200 feet north of, measured at right angles to, the north line of Hudson Rd.; thence east along said parallel line to the west line of property conveyed to Wylie V. Stephens & wife, by deed recorded in Book 2411, Page 386, said Recorder's office; thence south along said west line to the southwest corner of said Stephens property, in the north line of Hudson Rd., 40 feet; thence east along said street line 225 feet to the southwest corner of property conveyed to Carl E. Burnley & wife, by deed recorded in Book 5630, Page 421, said Recorder's office; thence north along the west line of said Burnley property 200 feet, more or less, to its intersection 3 with a line parallel with, and 200 feet north of, measured at right angles to, the north line of Hudson Rd.; thence east along said parallel line, across properties n/f of Burnley, Ottersbach and Schlitt to the east line of property conveyed to said Harold A. Schlitt & wife, by deed recorded in Book 4282, Page 38, said Recorder's office; thence south along said east line 200 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner of said Schlitt property, in the north line of Hudson Rd.; thence east along said street line 15 feet to the southwest corner of property conveyed to Ruth K. Meyer, et al. by deed recorded in Book 6111, Pages 153 & 155, said Recorder's office; thence north along the west line of said Meyer property 200 feet, more or less, to its intersection with a line parallel with, and 200 feet north of, measured at right angles to, the north line of Hudson Rd.; thence east along said parallel line to the west line of College Drive North, 60 feet wide; thence easterly across College Drive North to the northwest corner of property conveyed to Howard H. Hagelman & wife, by deed recorded in Book 4364, Page 298, said Recorder's office; thence east along the north lines of said Hagelman property, and of property conveyed to Michael Lisowoj & wife, by deed recorded in Book 3547, Page 242, said Recorder's office, and along the easterly prolongation thereof, to the east line of property conveyed to Madison A. Fish & wife, by deed recorded in Book 3675, Page 45, said Recorder's office; thence eastwardly in a straight line to the northwest corner of property conveyed to Julius W. Schroeder & wife, by deed recorded in Book 2858, Page 469, said Recorder's 4 office; thence east along the north line of said Schroeder property, and its easterly prolongation, 509 feet to the west line of property conveyed to Joseph Francis Dreitlein & wife, by deed recorded in Book 4872, Page 229, said Recorder's office; thence north along said west line 40.58 feet to the southwest line of HUDSON HILLS PLAT ONE, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 101, Page 51, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southeast along said subdivision's southwest line, 446.13 feet to the north line of Hudson Rd., 40 feet wide; thence southwesterly in a straight line across said Hudson Rd. to the northeast corner of property conveyed to James D. & Alene G. Truesdale by deed recorded in Book 4791, Page 141, said Recorder's office; thence south along the east line of said Truesdale property, 200 feet, more or less, to its intersection with a line parallel with, and 200 feet south of, measured at right angles to, the south line of Hudson Rd., 40 feet wide; thence west along said parallel line, 365 feet, more or less, to the west line of said Truesdale property; thence north along said west line 200 feet to the northwest corner of said Truesdale property, in the south line of said Hudson Rd.; thence west along said street line 864 feet, more or less, to a point distant therealong 165 feet east of its intersection with the west line of property conveyed to Joseph Bieler & wife, by deed recorded in Book 639, Page 15, said Recorder's office; thence south, parallel with the west line of said Bieler property, 225 feet; thence west, parallel with Hudson Rd., 165 feet to the east line of property conveyed to George J. 5 Strehl & wife, by deed recorded in Book 6370, Page 1475, said Recorder's office; thence south along the east line of said Strehl property, 20 feet; thence west in a straight line across said Strehl property, 82 feet, more or less to the southeast corner of property conveyed to Harold G. Guttroff & wife, by deed recorded in Book 5266, Page 102, said Recorder's office; thence west along the south lines of said Guttroff property, and that conveyed to Jay H. Davidson, et al, by deed recorded in Book 4737, Page 419, said Recorder's office, to the southwest corner of said Davidson, et al, property; thence northwesterly in a straight line, across, property n/f of Harry Bass & wife to the northeast corner of property conveyed to Joseph R. Byrnes, et al, by deed recorded in Book 5561, Page 233, said Recorder's office; thence west along the north line of said Byrnes property, and its westerly prolongation, 639.85 feet to the centerline of Smith Ave., 40 feet wide; thence northerly along the centerline of Smith Ave. to the southerly line of Hudson Rd.; thence northwesterly in a straight line to the beginning. 6 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1970.
