AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($3,350.00) from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the
Maintenance Department to be used for fencing the Angelica Avenue
property.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($3,350.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict to the Maintenance Department to be used as a
supplementary appropriation for fencing the Angelica Avenue
property by contract and for all expenses necessarily incidental
thereto.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1970.
