AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 2065, adopted
July 29, 1970, vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri, and adopting a new ordinance on the same subject in lieu
thereof.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2065 incorrectly described the
sewer easement intended to be vacated as being situated in Lot 2
though it is actually situated in Lot 1 of Gaebler Subdivision,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2065, adopted July 29,
1970, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement over the eastern ten (10) feet of Lot 1 of
Gaebler Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, granted by the plat of said subdivision recorded in
Plat Book 42, Page 16 of the St. Louis County records,
excepting therefrom the southern ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 23, 1970.
